2008 TAITRONICS takes place at the newly opened TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall, Asia’s finest and newest exhibition center. It is a superimposed purpose-built exhibition complex, including 2,465 standard-sized booths, 8 grand conference rooms (which can be transformed into 13 rooms) and fine dining facilities. Multi-language map/guidance, wireless internet access, giant LED screen-display and other advance devices will dazzle the visitors with first class experience. Public transportation is easy and convenient with TAITRA shuttle buses leaving by the minute. |

TAITRA is Taiwan's foremost non-profit trade promotion organization and was founded in 1970 to help promote foreign trade. Our efforts embrace market promotion, compiling and publishing trade information, organizing exhibitions, offering convention services, providing trade education and Taiwantrade, and e-Trading Hub Services. Besides being the largest exhibition organizer in Taiwan, TAITRA is also the administrator of Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC), Taipei International Convention Center (TICC), and the TWTCNangangExhibitionCenter that is opening in 2008.

Taiwan Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association (TEEMA)
TEEMA is an association with a long history, an excellent tradition and a sizable yet healthy development. It is also the family of all the member manufacturers. Under the joint endeavor of the successive chairmen, directors, supervisors and the administrative staff, the organization has established a sound and performing modus operandi – a model which has striven not only for the benefits and protections for the industries, but also a communication link bridging with the government.

Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI)
The Industrial Technology Research Institute - ITRI - is a primary R&D center for industry in Taiwan. In 1973, when ITRI was founded, there was very little high-tech industry in Taiwan. Today, Taiwan is a world-class player in semiconductors, personal computers, and many other high-tech sectors. ITRI has played a significant role in this transformation.

Institute of Information Industry (III)
The Institute for Information Industry (III) was established in 1979 as a non-governmental organization, jointly sponsored by the Taiwan government and prominent private enterprises, for the purpose of strengthening the developments of information industry in Taiwan. III has been a source of vision, innovation, technological excellence and a major contributor to Taiwan's development into a significant player in the global ICT area. | Participation Information : |
- All manufacturers, distributors, traders as well as organizations dealing in products or services as stated in the EXHIBIT PROFILE are eligible to participate as exhibitors.
- All applicants may request space or booth(s) only on a 3m (width) x 3m (depth) unit basis.
- The organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to determine the number and location of booth(s) for each exhibitor.
- Space allocation priorities are based on:
a. Number of booth(s) required.
b. Years of Participation.
c. Date of application on a first-come, first-served basis.
- After space allocation, each exhibitor will receive an official Exhibitor's Manual that contains show regulations, detailed information and procedures concerning electricity, rental of facilities, the travel agent and official forwarding agents for handling shipments.
- If the number of booths required exceeds booths available, the organizers reserve the right to reduce the number and/or size of booths, or to change the exhibition venue and show dates, or to cancel the show without any liability or responsibility for compensation or indemnification to the exhibitor.
- The organizer will not act as a sponsor for exhibitor entry visa applications, and cannot be held liable in case of visa difficulties.
- Minors under 18 are not permitted to the showground.

- The organizer will publish the Show Preview two months before the show opens and circulate it to potential buyers. This publication contains comprehensive information on the event, which includes fact sheets, exhibitors’ list, and new products highlights.
- The organizer will publish the Show Daily during the five-day event. This publication comes in both English/Chinese editions and is packed with valuable show tips and events. Contents also include features on new products and show activities
