Welcome to the 2008 Taipei Summit - Asia Pacific Broadband Communication Conference. The purpose of Taipei Summit is to provide a platform where business leaders and regulators can meet face-to-face to seize emerging opportunities together. This is the fourth year for Taipei Summit. To bring prior discussions to life, the 2008
